Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of symposium delegates at Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne (symposium venue) until Thursday 19 September 2024.
Accommodation can be booked between 24—27 October 2024 and will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability. Please book accommodation during the registration process.

Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne is one of Australia’s finest historic hotels. Payment
Please note that payment of accommodation is NOT taken at the time of completing an online registration, however a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the accommodation venue. Failure to provide a valid credit card will result in your room being released.
The hotel will charge guests a one-night deposit approx. 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card they provide upon booking. The remaining balance will be taken on arrival. Failure to provide the deposit payment at this time will result in a cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation policy
Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the symposium organiser. Each room cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a one night cancellation fee.
No shows: In the event of a non-arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Arrival time
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Check in is from 3pm and check out is from 11am.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the symposium, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.
