Governance

The Board comprises 10 Directors: 6 Elected Directors elected by the Institution Members (Elected Directors); and up to 4 Directors appointed by the Board under clause 24 of the Constitution (Appointed Directors).

At least 2 Directors must be ordinarily resident or are employed by Institution Members located in Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, or Western Australia.

ACDHS develops and maintains a range of relevant policies to support the good governance of the company. Policies are available by request to institutional members of ACDHS.
