Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of Symposium delegates at the Wonil Hotel Perth and the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre from 21-23 October 2026.
Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the congress accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
The booking deadline is Wednesday 16 September 2026.
Arrival time
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.
Cancellation and changes to your accommodation
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the Symposium Organiser. Be aware each hotel has its own cancellation policy from 30 days prior to arrival ranging from one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the policy for the hotel you are booking.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the Symposium, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Payment for accommodation
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online meeting registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, hotels may charge this credit card for part or all of your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy.

Payment policy
Delegates must pay the full balance of their accommodation on check-in. Card payments incur a 1.1% fee (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Third-party cards require a signed credit card authority form at least 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 22/09/2026-06/10/2026 incur a one-night fee per room for bookings of 3 nights or less and a two-night fee per room for bookings of 4 nights or more. Cancellations made from 07/10/2026 and no-shows are charged 100% of the accommodation per room.
Car parking
Self-Car parking is available at an additional cost of $25.00 per vehicle, per day (subject to availability).

The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests.

Payment policy
A one nights deposit will be charged to the delegates credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Card payments incur a 1.9% fee (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or 3% for Diners Club payments.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30-7 days prior to arrival will incur a one night cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Car parking
Valet parking is available at a cost of $45.00 per night.
Self parking is available off-site at a cost of $30.00 per night.
