Registration inclusions

• Ticket (1) to the symposium dinner on Wednesday 21 October 2026
• Attendance at the symposium on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 October 2026
• Symposium catering as per the program

Accommodation and travel expenses are at your own expense.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of symposium delegates at the Wonil Hotel Perth and the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. Allocation of complimentary registrations

The Council is pleased to allocate complimentary registration to members of ACDHS and the staff/key stakeholders they wish to invite.

Please note places are limited and with the venue in Western Australia this year after Melbourne and Sydney previously, we anticipate greater demand from local institutions and less so for those further afield.

Interstate members (based outside Western Australia) are allocated 3 complimentary registrations, and Western Australian members (host state) are allocated 5 complimentary registrations.

These allocations are strictly subject to the registration deadline, after which, ACDHS will re-allocate unused registration places. If your ACDHS member institution wishes to register more staff to attend than places allocated, you can indicate this during registration, and this will be reviewed after the registration deadline to see if possible. You will then be notified by email of this status.

Registration deadline

Online registration is compulsory to attend this event. Links to register will be emailed to ACDHS member point of contacts in late May with instructions to finalise their allocated complimentary registrations by the strict registration deadline of Friday 3 July 2026. It will not be possible to accommodate late additional personnel after the registration deadline.

Any unused complimentary registration places are forfeited after this deadline and will be re-allocated by ACDHS to other members/guests to ensure we appropriately fill the symposium venue.

Online registration

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email.

If you do not receive this confirmation email, please first check your spam folder then contact the Symposium Organiser via acdhssymposium@expertevents.com.au or 07 3848 2100.

Terms and conditions

ACDHS is pleased to offer members allocated registrations to the symposium free of charge until the registration deadline of Friday 3 July 2026.

ACDHS understands that circumstances can change, however places are limited and the Symposium Steering Committee would greatly appreciate if you could notify the Symposium Organiser as soon as possible (but no later than Friday 2 October) in writing if you are no longer able to attend. This will allow your place to be re-allocated.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the symposium provided the Symposium Organiser is advised in writing.

Non-attendance

If it is a member’s intention to not attend or send any delegates, please advise the Symposium Organiser no later than Friday 3 July 2026 please, so the places may be reallocated to colleagues.
