2026 ACDHS AGM and Member Workshop Wrap Up
In May 2026, members came together for the 2026 ACDHS Annual General Meeting and Member Workshop, featuring presentations from key leaders across the health sector, including the National Rural Health Commissioner, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), and the Chief Allied Health Officer.
The workshop also provided an opportunity to discuss 2026 priorities, including the development of a refreshed Strategic Plan, key priority projects, including establishing a new Allied Health Clinical Education Community of Practice in the coming months and proposed constitutional changes as the organisation incorporates members from New Zealand. More information about how to join the Community of Practice, meeting dates and other details, will be shared on the website and in the ACDHS update.
The event fostered strong engagement and valuable discussion among members and with key external stakeholders and partners, helping to shape ACDHS’s future direction and strategic priorities.
