The ACDHS has commissioned a consortium of researchers from leading universities to develop recommendations addressing the practical placement challenges currently hindering the growth of the allied health workforce. The October 25 ACDHS Symposium will feature a presentation from the research team as they enter the later stages of their project. Additionally, at the Melbourne Symposium, ACDHS is excited to present A/Prof Amani Bell from Sydney University, who will deliver a keynote on “Co-designing Equitable and Inclusive Placements.” A/Prof Bell is currently undertaking an Australian Centre for Student Equity and Success Fellowship.
